Right of withdrawal

This section applies to consumers. Business purchases are not covered.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Polamo Company OÜ, Tööstuse tn 75-71, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia, email [email protected], phone +43 664 3821222) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You can use our online withdrawal function ("Withdraw from contract here"), send an email or a letter, or use the model withdrawal form below, but none of these is obligatory. If you use the online withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Because our products ship from partner warehouses, we will tell you the return address when you withdraw. You shall send back the goods to that address without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post because of their size or weight, we tell you the estimated return cost on request before you order. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Faulty, damaged or wrong goods

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in line with your legal rights, free of charge. Consumers can claim for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. These rights are not affected by the right of withdrawal or by any manufacturer's warranty.

Refunds

Refunds are made with the payment method you used (to your card, or by bank transfer to the account you paid from), in the currency of your order, within 14 days of your withdrawal (subject to the rule on returned goods above) or of our agreement on a refund for a faulty item.
