Pre-Contractual Information

Before you place an order, EU consumer law entitles you to the following information. It is also contained in our Terms & Conditions and other policies, which apply to your order.

Products

The main characteristics of each product, including the manufacturer, model, specifications and safety information, are shown on its product page.

Price

The price of each product is shown on its product page in EUR or USD and is a final price. Delivery is included for most destinations; for some destinations or large or heavy items an extra delivery charge may apply, which we only charge with your agreement. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier or customs on delivery.

Payment and delivery

• Payment: at checkout, by card (available soon) or by bank transfer within 7 days.
• Order review: if the total changes after your order (price change, availability or an extra delivery charge), we ask you first; you can accept or cancel with a full refund.
• Delivery: shipped directly by our partner suppliers, with tracking. Typical delivery times are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Complaints: by email to [email protected]; we reply within 15 days at the latest.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, using our online withdrawal function, by email or with the model withdrawal form. Legal guarantee and after-sales

You have the statutory guarantee for goods that are not in conformity with the contract: you can claim for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Manufacturer warranties apply in addition where offered. For after-sales questions, contact us at [email protected].

Contract

Each purchase is a one-off contract. The contract language is English. We store your order details and send them to you by email. We do not subscribe to any code of conduct.

Disputes

Consumers can refer disputes to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee), or get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (www.eccnet.eu).
